Panqueca de chocolate / Chocolate pancake




(Recipe in English below!!)

Ingredientes:

- 3 claras
- 1 colher de sopa de farinha de amêndoas
- 1 colher de sopa de cacau em pó
- 1 colher de sopa de whey de baunilha

Preparo:

- Misture todos os ingredientes.
- Coloque um pouco de óleo em uma frigideira.
- Despeje a massa na frigideira, virando dos dois lados.
- Recheie com manteiga de amendoim caseira.


Ingredients:

- 3 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon almond flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla whey

Method:

- Mix all the ingredients.
- In a frying pan, add a little bit of oil.
- Pour the mixture.
- Fill it with homemade peanut butter.

Panqueca de coco / Coconut pancake


(Recipe in English below!!)

Ingredientes:

- 3 ovos (ou 1 ovo e 3 claras)
- 1/2 xícara (120ml) leite de coco
- 2 colheres de sopa de farinha de amêndoas
- 1 colher de sopa de whey de baunilha
- Óleo de coco
- Raspas de coco


Preparo:
- Misture todos os ingredientes exceto o óleo de coco e as raspas de coco.
- Em uma frigideira untada com óleo de coco, despeje a massa e grelhe dos dois lados.
Recheie com frutas de sua preferência.
- Acrescente as raspas de coco por cima.

- 1/2 cup (120ml) coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 tablespoon vanilla whey
- Coconut oil
- Grated coconut

Method:

- Mix all the ingredients together, except for the coconut oil and the grated coconut.
- In a frying pan, with a little bit of coconut oil, pour the mixture and grill both sides.
- Fill it with the fruits you want.
- Add the grated coconut on top of it.

Salty sweet potato pancake


Ingredients:

- 2 eggs
- 50g cooked sweet potato
- salt
- 3 tablespoons quinoa
- 1 sliced chicken breast

Method to prepare the quinoa:

- Boil 2 + 1/2 cup (600ml) water for 1 + 1/4 cup (210g) quinoa. As soon as the water starts to boil add the quinoa and cook for 12 to 15min.

Method to prepare the pancake:

- Beat all the ingredients, except for the quinoa and the chicken breast, on the blender.
- Add the quinoa and mix with a spoon.
- In a frying pan whit a little bit of oil, add part of the mixture, and grill it both sides. Repeat the process with the rest of the mixture.
- Fill it with chicken.

Banana, oat and cinnamon pancake


Ingredients:

- 1 egg
- 1 big banana
- 1 tablespoon oats
- 2 teaspoons powder cinnamon
- sweetener (if necessary)

Method:

- Mash the banana.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.
- Fry it in a frying pan with a little bit of oil.
- Fill it with yogurt (i used cherry yogurt).
